Leon Scott, MD
Sports Medicine
Dr. Scott is a graduate of St. Louis University. He completed his residency at Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center, followed by his fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Harvard University. He is board certified in Sports Medicine.
He is currently Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery for the division of Sports Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is a Team Physician for the Nashville Sounds and serves as a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AA)), American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM), and AAP Council on Sports Medicine and Fitness.
Dr. Scott joined the Student Health Center in 2024. His office hours are Tuesday and Friday afternoons.
