APPLICATION AND INTERVIEW PROCESS
We will be holding in-person residency interviews on November 4th, November 15th and December 10th. In accordance with the AAMC statement that the SAU endorsed, we will provide hotel accommodations to applicants as support and to minimize financial inequities as best we can.
The first step in applying to VUMC Urology must be accomplished by submitting through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)(link is external). A complete packet consists of the following documents:
- CV
- Application
- Personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation (one of which should come from your Urology Department Chair or Section Head)
- Medical school transcript
- USMLE Step 1 score
We choose two to three interview dates each year. There will be a welcome event the night before your interview. Welcome event details will be provided in your information packet.
