Endourology & Laparoscopic/Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship

The Fellowship in Endourology and Laparoscopic/Minimally Invasive Surgery at Vanderbilt provides specialized, comprehensive training in all aspects of Minimally Invasive Surgical Therapies (MIST), including advanced techniques and cutting-edge research.

Fellows work alongside four fellowship-trained faculty, learning robotic, laparoscopic, and endourologic urologic surgery procedures. The fellowship provides wide exposure to:

  • Advanced laparoscopic/robotic surgery for reconstructive and oncologic applications
  • Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP)
  • Percutaneous access with ultrasound, fluoroscopic, and endoscopic guided techniques
  • Medical and surgical management of complex stone and endourologic disease

The two-year fellowship includes clinical and focused laboratory research.
