Complex Kidney Stone Clinic

The complex kidney stone clinic is co-led by Dr. Edward Gould, nephrologist, and Dr. Ryan Hsi, urologist.  The co-disciplinary clinic was started in 2018 to facilitate joint visits for kidney stone patients with the overall goal to improve care of patients with complex medical and surgical needs.  The most common diagnoses seen include those with kidney stones and cystinuria or chronic kidney disease, and rare conditions such as primary hyperoxaluria.  The team will regularly perform metabolic evaluations and has access to dietician consultation.
