Before contract is signed by VUMC authorized official the Department of Finance, Clinical Trials Research Billing Compliance (clinicaltrialsbillingcompliance@vanderbilt.edu) must review and approve final budget. This process occurs internally between OCM & finance and can be initiated as soon as there is a final budget.
