Hailey Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Hailey Smith is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the Occupational Health Clinic in February 2024. Hailey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samford University followed by her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She spent 4 years working as a bedside nurse in the burn unit at Children’s of Alabama in Birmingham, AL before moving back home to Nashville. She then spent 1 year working in a rural primary care setting as a Family Nurse Practitioner before joining the team at VUMC. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. Hailey is excited to work with the Occupational Health team to help promote the health and well-being of members of the VUMC and VU community.
