The Faculty/Staff Express Care Clinic offers services for minor illness such as a cold, sinus infection, sore throat, bronchitis, or ear infection.
Express care services are provided as a benefit for Vanderbilt faculty and staff. A Vanderbilt ID is required for entry into clinic.
For minor health problems outside those mentioned above, you can obtain a consultation in the main Occupational Health Clinic located in Suite 640, Medical Arts Building. If your medical problem is urgent in nature and you cannot get in to see your Primary Care Provider (PCP), then it would be best to go to the Emergency Department.
We encourage you to see your PCP for your healthcare needs whenever possible. Use My Health at Vanderbilt to schedule an appointment or to communicate electronically with your PCP.
To find a PCP:- Use the Aetna DocFind website. The site lists providers in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Aetna Providers network; or
- VU Employees – Call the Appointments Direct hotline at 615-936-8777.
