Occupational Health Clinic
Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) protects Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center faculty and staff while they are at work through programs to monitor exposure to workplace hazards and treat work-related illness and injury. OHC offers an Express Care Clinic for minor non-work-related health care needs, as well as telehealth services for those who may be unable to come to the clinic in person. OHC provides services for VUMC employees located throughout the region including Vanderbilt Health One Hundred Oaks, Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton Hospital, Vanderbilt Bedford Hospital, Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital, and satellite clinic locations.

Work/Life Connections
Work/Life Connections – EAP (WLC) promotes psychological resilience and offers emotional support for VUMC faculty and staff through group education, individual counseling or coaching, and critical incident stress management debriefs following major events. It has services devoted to the special issues encountered by faculty, physicians, advanced practice professionals, and nurses in addition to those encountered by staff. WLC also administers the VUMC Hardship Fund which helps faculty and staff with financial assistance through a fund for unexpected needs.
Health Plus
Health Plus provides health promotion and prevention services for VUMC faculty and staff that encourage healthy lifestyles both at home and at work. Services include nutrition education, programs and activities for physical wellness, and individual lifestyle coaching for VUMC faculty and staff and their spouses.
