VUMC faculty, staff, and Allied Health Students are eligible for services through The SHARE Center. VU faculty and staff, as well as VUMC faculty and staff spouses and partners are eligible for services through Work-Life Connections/EAP.

The SHARE Center and Work-Life Connections/EAP are both programs that fall under Faculty and Staff Health and Wellness and offer counseling, programming, and education. The SHARE Center is specifically designed to address concerns related to workplace sexual harassment, whereas Work-Life Connections/EAP serves individuals with a broad range of concerns. Additionally, The SHARE Center is designed to serve VUMC faculty, staff, and Allied Health Students only, whereas Work-Life Connections/EAP services are available to all VUMC and VU faculty, staff, and spouses.

No. The SHARE Center provides information and support around experiences of workplace sexual harassment but does not make official reports to Human Resources. Individuals who wish to make an official report can contact Employee and Labor Relations directly at 615-343-4759 or via e-mail at employeerelations.vumc@vumc.org.
