Janet McCutchen, LPC, CEAP

Janet McCutchen is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in Clinical Psychology, EAP Consulting and Management, and Organizational Development. Her work includes supporting clinicians and leaders in the fields of medicine, business, and higher education as an EAP professional, therapist in private practice, and as a leadership coaching consultant. Janet's areas of interest and expertise include client concerns that are focused on: depression and anxiety, attachment and relationships, grief and loss, and life transitions.

She has worked in various medical centers, most notably the Baptist Health System and Charter Lakeside in Memphis and as a leader in several EAP teams. She began her career at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2011 and Janet currently serves as Assistant Manager of Vanderbilt's Employee Assistance Program.
