The VUMC Software Store's customer service desk will be closed Thursday, November 28 - Friday, November 29, 2024 for the Thanksgiving holiday.The online Software Store will be available throughout the holiday.

TechSmith released Camtasia 2024 on June 4, 2024. Customers who purchased Camtasia through the Software Store are eligible for a free upgrade. The Software Store will send instructions for accessing the upgrade to eligible customers.

The Software Store will be closed Monday, January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. 

TechSmith released Snagit 2024 October 3, 2023. The new release is available through the VUMC Software Store. Customers who purchased an earlier version through the VUMC Software Store will receive a free upgrade to 2024. TechSmith released Camtasia 2023 April 25, 2023. The new release is available through the VUMC Software Store.
