Feedback
We send feedback surveys from REDCap to the Traveler's personal email address several times while here. We send a survey link to them at 3 weeks and 10 weeks into their assignment. These results are sent weekly to their unit manager for review. There is no formal avenue or expectation of response; they are there for your awareness. If a pattern of response is identified Nursing Support Services will with you to address. An aggregate summary of all survey feedback is reported to the Nursing Executive Cabinet quarterly.
