Once a decision is made you need to message our Staffing Manager at Cross Country immediately. Please avoid any conversation with the candidate that sounds like you are offering or placing a guarantee on their assignment. Nursing Support Services handle all the pre-arrival information out to the Travelers. The first day agenda they go to 3401 West End for onboarding. We coordinate items like confidentiality statements and conflict of interest, an email account is established for them, we assist them in getting their ID badge and parking. We will coordinate the hand off to your unit educator on their first day.
