The historic Radiology research/study (paper) order forms were phased out with the transition to eStar. After eStar go-live, Radiology research/study imaging orders must be placed electronically by the clinician, linked to the trial, and supplemented with Clinical Trial Imaging Instruction (CTII) forms. These new “instruction” forms will contain the same pertinent information regarding scheduling, exam types, and technical parameters as the old “order” forms. These CTII forms will be emailed to each study coordinator/group lead, and available via hyperlink on the eStar study page.
