If your request does NOT fall into one of the other service request categories listed, then use the "GENERAL" request option in iLab.
Examples:
A request for Radiology information needed to resolve a sponsor query. If general request pertains to a specific patient scan, be prepared to provide information for us to correctly identify the scan in question.
Maybe you need an imaging feasibility survey completed for site selection, but are not ready for full core review/setup yet.
-Ongoing phantom qualifications required by sponsor after trial is open to accrual.
