Alexandra Foust, DO, is a pediatric neuroradiologist from Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Foust completed her education, in Pennsylvania, where she earned her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in 2014. Prior, she received her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Westminster College. 

Much of Dr. Foust's post-graduate training took place in Ohio. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center before beginning her radiology residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. 

In 2019, after completing her residency program, Dr. Foust traveled to Boston Children’s Hospital to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology, and another consecutive fellowship specializing in Pediatric Neuroradiology. 

In 2021, Dr. Foust joined the faculty at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where she quickly became the Director of Pediatric MRI. In 2022, she joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor at VUMC Radiology in Nashville. 

Dr. Foust is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, American Society of Neuroradiology, American Society of Head and Neck Radiology, American Society for Pediatric Radiology and American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology. She has won a variety of awards for her research, presentations and leadership.
