Li Min Chen Receives Secondary Appointment in Biomedical Engineering

Congratulations to Li Min Chen, MD, PhD, Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences, who has received a secondary appointment as Professor of Biomedical Engineering in the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering, effective October 15.

Nicholas Voutsinas Joins as Assistant Professor

Dr. Voutsinas joins us from New York, where he recently held a faculty appointment at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Univeristy/Northwell Health.

Congratulations to Mariam Moshiri, MD, FSAR, FSRU, Vice Chair of Faculty Recruitment and Development & Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences, who has been selected to join the 2022-2023 cohort for the Leading, Empowering and Disrupting (LEAD) Program, a joint leadership program of the Society of Chairs of Academic Radiology Departments’ (SCARD) and GE Healthcare.

Ty Todd Wins Gold Medal for Exhibit at ASHNR 2022 Meeting

Ty Todd, DO, has won a gold medal for an educational exhibit that he first-authored earlier this month at the 2022 ASHNR Annual Meeting in Denver, CO. Dr. Todd created a presentation focused on pediatric sinonasal masses, with the goal of teaching other radiologists how to recognize these entities by a systematic approach.
