On December 12, 2019, beginning at 5:00 a.m., Enterprise Cybersecurity at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VEC) will upgrade the remote access Virtual Private Network (VPN).  There are no actions to take during the VPN upgrade, which should only last a few minutes. However, if a user is connected to VPN during the scheduled upgrade time, the device will disconnect. Additionally, a pop-up screen will appear while the upgrade is in progress. When the upgrade is complete, users can reconnect.

Information Technology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center has completed the migration of all Medical Center email accounts to the Microsoft Office 365 cloud environment. The final step in the Email Migration Project includes the removal of @vanderbilt.edu email addresses (currently considered a secondary VUMC email account), which are owned and supported by Vanderbilt University.

The VUMC Software Store's customer service desk will be closed November 28th - November 29th, 2019 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The online Software Store will be available throughout the holiday.
