Residency Programs Hosting *Second* 2022 Virtual Open House

The Department of Radiology is happy to announce that it will be a hosting an additional interactive information session for our residency programs. Both Diagnostic Radiology and Integrated Interventional Radiology will be represented at the open house. The virtual Zoom event will take place on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 7:30PM CT. You must register for the event. Please be sure to use an official institution email address for registration.

Laura Heyneman Joins as Professor

The Department of Radiology is excited to welcome Laura Heyneman, MD, as a Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences. Dr. Heyneman joins us from Duke, where she spent the last seven years.

Adonteng Kwakye Joins as Assistant Professor

The Department of Radiology is excited to welcome Adonteng Kwakye, MD, as an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences. Dr. Kwakye joins us from New York, where he recently completed an Interventional Radiology Fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Michael Flowers Joins as Assistant Professor

The Department of Radiology is excited to welcome Michael Flowers, MD, as an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences. Dr. Flowers joins us from Seattle, where he recently completed the Emergency and Trauma Radiology Fellowship at Harborview Medical Center. Previously, he completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Washington Medical Center, also in Seattle.
