The goal of Integrative Psychiatry is to provide holistic, individualized care that optimizes mental health using evidence-based modalities. After a referral from an Osher medical provider, you are scheduled with our psychiatric mental health board certified nurse practitioner. The initial evaluation includes a standard psychiatric evaluation – review of current symptoms, medical and mental health history, review of current medications, medications tried in the past, past treatments, and other pertinent information. A treatment plan is created through dialogue and discussion between you and your provider.
