Anti-Inflammatory Cooking Group

Explore anti-inflammatory nutrition in this 4-week interactive cooking group series. In each group, participants will cook in their own kitchen along with us as we connect virtually and discuss the following topics:

• Introduction to Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition 
• Tips for Eating Balanced Meals Consistently 
• Anti-Inflammatory Meal Prepping & Planning 
• Maintaining an Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle 

This group is great for anyone interested in increasing awareness of anti-inflammatory eating and growing confidence with cooking from their own home. Before session, you would receive a virtual packet via e-mail that includes slides, ingredient lists and recipes. All participants are responsible for the procurement of their ingredients and supplies.
