Your Personalized Path to Well-being

At the Osher Center for Integrative Health, we believe in fostering wellness for the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. We do this by combining evidence-based complementary therapies, like mindfulness, acupuncture, massage, and nutrition, with conventional treatments. This integrative approach goes beyond treating illness; it focuses on optimizing your health to promote long-term well-being.

Our dedicated team of providers work collaboratively to create personalized care plans tailored to your unique goals. These plans equip you with strategies and practices so you can actively participate in your journey towards optimal health.

  • Integrative health is a holistic approach to healthcare that combines conventional medicine with complementary therapies. It focuses on treating the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – rather than focusing on the symptoms of a condition.

  • Integrative health is designed to complement your conventional medical care, not replace it. By combining conventional medicine with complementary therapies, individuals can experience improved overall well-being, reduced reliance on medications, and a greater sense of control over their health. This holistic approach addresses physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, leading to enhanced quality of life and a more fulfilling journey towards wellness.

  • Following an in-depth integrative health consultation with a nurse practitioner or physician, patients are referred to individual treatment modalities and/or group programs based on their needs, goals, and interests. Treatment modalities represented at our center include: acupuncture, biofeedback, health coaching, health psychology, mindfulness, physical therapy, therapeutic massage, and therapeutic movement (including Tai Chi and yoga).

  • We offer a variety of services and modalities, some are retail, some are billable to insurance. For detailed information, please visit our Billing and Insurance FAQs page.
