Private Yoga and Tai Chi/Qigong with The Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt
Private Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong sessions are facilitated by movement practitioners with The Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt who are experienced in attending to individual needs, creating a safe and supportive environment. These movement sessions use gentle movement, breathing, mindful awareness and meditation to help your whole self.

These sessions are designed to support your path to wellbeing. They will address health conditions, such as chronic disease symptoms and recovery from surgery. This approach will facilitate the flow and retention of your own energy, helping to reduce symptoms and improve wellbeing.
