Anti-Inflammatory Cooking Class
Explore anti-inflammatory nutrition in this 4-week interactive cooking class series. In each class, participants will cook in their own kitchen along with us as we connect virtually and discuss the following topics:

• Tips for Eating Balanced Meals Consistently
• Anti-Inflammatory Meal Prepping & Planning
• Maintaining an Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle
This class is great for anyone interested in increasing awareness of anti-inflammatory eating and growing confidence with cooking from their own home. Before class, you would receive a virtual packet via e-mail that includes class slides, ingredient lists and recipes. All participants are responsible for the procurement of their ingredients and supplies.
