Anti-Inflammatory Cooking Group

Explore anti-inflammatory nutrition in this 4-week interactive cooking group series. In each group, participants will cook in their own kitchen along with us as we connect virtually and discuss the following topics:

• Introduction to Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition 
• Tips for Eating Balanced Meals Consistently 
• Anti-Inflammatory Meal Prepping & Planning 
• Maintaining an Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle 

This group is great for anyone interested in increasing awareness of anti-inflammatory eating and growing confidence with cooking from their own home. Before each session, you will receive a virtual packet via e-mail that includes slides, ingredient lists and recipes. All participants are responsible for purchasing their ingredients and supplies before each class begins.

  • Not at all! Our groups are designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned cooks.  The focus is on learning and applying practical skills in your own kitchen.

We encourage participants to make necessary modifications to recipes based on their food allergies, dietary restrictions, taste preferences, or cultural influences. Before each session, you'll receive a virtual packet with ingredient lists and recipes, allowing you to review and adjust accordingly. Our goal is to empower you to create healthy and delicious meals that work for you.

  • You'll need basic kitchen equipment such as pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, utensils, and a blender/food processor.  Any specific equipment needs for each recipe will be listed in the ingredient list provided before each session.

  • Our groups are currently offered virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home kitchen.
