This class is designed for individuals suffering from chronic symptoms and seeking ways to have more meaning and peace. The four 90-minute classes explore sensations, feelings, and beliefs that contribute to suffering or to well-being. Mindfulness skills are honed for clarity and accuracy in discerning thoughts and beliefs that are helpful while naming, acknowledging, accepting and letting go of beliefs and thought habits that are not helpful. In the last class, participants will write their health narrative to reflect values, priorities, and intentions for embodying their best life as they continue to move forward after the conclusion of the course.
