Health Coaching

About Health Coaching

A health coach is your partner in behavior change. Health coaching works with individuals looking to optimize their wellbeing and better manage chronic medical conditions, such as chronic pain, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, heart disease, or other chronic conditions. A health coach can also help prevent the development or worsening of disease.

Health is dynamic - it changes based on the many ways our own lives change. National-Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWCs) are trained to help you harness the science and art of behavior change to create the change that will most support what you want for your health. Whatever life brings you, it's vital to have support. Let one of our health coaches help you uncover your values and strengths, and access motivation to create healthy mindsets and sustainable health behaviors. Rather than adding another task you "should" do for your health, our coaches will support you as you explore and set goals that are meaningful to you and find tailored and realistic paths forward.
