Designed for individuals who experience chronic pain due to conditions such as fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral neuropathy or the residual, long-term effects of injury or trauma, migraines and other chronic headaches, pelvic and bladder pain, back pain, and chronic pain of any part of the body. This group covers a variety of topics related to living with chronic pain including conventional evidence-based treatments for pain, mind-body therapies for pain, anti-inflammatory nutrition and more. Each group also includes a variety of mind-body practices to support healing. With practice, you can begin to develop skills that may help ease your pain and over time cultivate ease and stability in body, breath, and mind. These tools will be adapted to your individual needs to guide you on your healing journey.
