Basics of Breathing

This 4-week class provides an introduction to patients on the power of breath to optimize health. Discover how to harness your breath to calm the mind, revitalize the body, and reflect on your health. Each class will build progressively to teach practical skills on how to incorporate a regular breathing practice into your life. Suitable for all levels of experience, breathing techniques will be modified to accommodate all patients. Patients will be asked to practice breathing regularly during the 4-week period.
