This series introduces 2-3 Yang Style Tai Chi movements for body awareness and relaxation. Class practice includes standing, stepping and weight shifting along with coordinated breathing and gentle upper body movement.

This series focuses on Tai chi-based movements and the principles of centering, grounding, coordinated movements, body awareness, full/empty, and intentional movements. The series is designed for adults who want to improve stability and mobility and may be experiencing neurological conditions, vertigo, vestibular issues, pain, movement disorder, or arthritis.

This series focuses on integrating Tai Chi principles to the movements in the first and third sections of the Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi 103-Form. This series requires a referral from the instructor. It is suitable for practitioners with more than one year of experience, including practitioners of various Tai Chi styles.

This series is designed for individuals who have the capability of standing independently and are interested to expand, sustain, or complement their movement or mindfulness practice. Individuals who suffer from heartburn, indigestion, inflexibility, weak muscle tone, or stiffness may benefit from this Qigong series.
