This group is for individuals with chronic symptoms looking to reduce anxiety and manage responses to stress. Over 6 weeks, you'll learn to understand the relationship between your stress responses and symptoms, restructure negative thoughts, and cultivate relaxation. Combining cognitive behavioral therapy with clinical hypnosis, our 90-minute sessions will help you find safety and calm within your mind and body.
